ENGINEERED FACADE SYSTEMS

At United Glass and Panel Systems, our vision is to change the way businesses tell their stories, beginning with the exterior of the building. With exceptional design-assist and building envelope capabilities, we proudly install engineered facade systems for a diverse client base. UGPS completes countless projects every single year in accordance with the vision, performance specifications, and budget requirements. UGPS works with budgets anywhere from $50 to $12+ Million. We offer three separate divisions who dedicate their time and resources to Large Scale Projects, Contract Work, and the Service Division.

Our Promise

When you work with UGPS, you can count on us to treat every project with the same amount of respect, priority, and dedication that we would any other project. Regardless of size or budget, every project has a team that includes at least three experts: a project manager, a coordinator, and a designer. Depending on the complexity of the engineered facade systems involved, there may be additional hands on deck, including our sales & estimating team along with executive-level management. We view our portfolio of complex projects that include challenging systems, interface conditions, and multi-faceted envelope geometry as a testament to our expertise and capabilities.

We take great pride in our work whether it is a simple installation that we wrap up in a day or complex engineered facade systems that require DA and extensive scheduling.

LARGE SCALE PROJECTS

Our large scale projects require high-involvement and in-depth preparation. We dedicate our kit of resources and an entire team into front-end planning. A substantial percentage of our large scale projects take full advantage of our Design Assist capabilities and in-house design services. Instead of juggling multiple teams for the diverse phases that take place from design concepts to installation and warranties, UGPS handles each step. In turn, providing financial stability, reliability, and entirely less stress through the duration of the project. Every team we designate to a project works with a “Cradle to Grave” mentality. Meaning, we provide complete engagement and dedication from day one and do not let go until the final warranties have been provided.

CONTRACT WORK

In today’s modern world, we are seeing more and more engagement from innovative business owners during projects. The engineered facade systems on the exterior of a building may be the first impression a customer gets of a business; which is all part of how a business owner can tell their story. UGPS encourages this collaboration and takes great pride in our ability to work cohesively with owner entities on jobs. This union gives us an opportunity to continue our work locally and form solid relationships throughout Northeast Ohio.

Staying local allows us better proximity to interface with our clients. In comparison to being spread out across the country, our teams engage and interact with their peers on a daily basis, giving them solid rapport and understanding of how their teammates work. Additionally, we own all of our installation equipment, eliminating the constraints of equipment availability.

Relative to working locally, we also focus on domestically manufactured products. In addition to playing our part in supporting American-made companies, we provide our clients with a higher quality product. Domestic products offer more warranties than inferior products shipped from overseas. Ensuring top-performing exterior facade systems is one of our top priorities. Regardless of product type, rest assured that UGPS provides smooth operation throughout the entirety of the project.

SERVICE DIVISION

When clients require a fast-reaction time and quick delivery of smaller-scale projects, our service division is your contact. This team handles budgets that range from $50-$500K. Often times, these projects are due to happenstance and require fast turnaround. An example includes a broken glass window that occurred over a weekend. Our service division promises minimum disruption of day-to-day operations while fulfilling your project needs down to the smallest detail.
